[He sighs a little. The cloak and dagger act was making him even more antsy, but he is trying to respect it, reminding himself the results of last time make impetuous moves not worth it.]
Keep an eye on me? [She means that, especially letting herself be connected to this psychic network.] It's a small circle. We can't afford to have anyone compromised.
[She thinks he'd notice if she were compromised. She trusts him to know.]
[Of course she did. For all of his distaste, if Bucky thought it was the only way to help, or do anything about Barbas, he would have, too. But he has options, thanks.]

[He takes a drink of coffee after that, but his eyes stay on Natasha.]
[She better not. Natasha inclines her head slightly, acknowledging his comment, and goes back to her coffee—and eggs. At this point, it's going to be quite a while before Natasha turns down real safe food again.]
